Happy Friday! Today I'm sharing some new (and old!) makeup products that are currently hanging out in my makeup bag. I love incorporating new products with my everyday favs because it's a fun way to spice up my daily routine each season.I'm not one to go too cray-cray with experimenting, but I am a sucker for buying two things: eye shadow color palettes (based on the season!) and bold lip sticks. No regrets because eye shadow and lipstick are two things I wear (almost) everyday. They are vital accessories to an outfit ladies! Whether I'm rockin' a smokey eye or a bright pink lip - I love having options so that I can re-create celebrity inspired looks from the celeb-way to the real way.People always ask me what my favorite makeup product is. Honestly, that's like asking a mother who her favorite child is. ha! I will say that I can't live without my blush. This Naked palette was sent to me recently from Urban Decay and I instantly fell in love with it. It comes with three shades including a matte bronzer, highlighter and pretty pink blush. This is going to be perfect for my travels to have all three in one! Since we're on the subject of Urban Decay's Naked products, I also recently added their bronzing beauty palm moisturizer to skin prep. It gives my face + neck this hydrated glow and tint before I apply my oil-free foundation. I'm pretty picky with my foundation so I've been stuck to this one for years. It is my favorite because the coverage is amazing and the liquid won't break you out because it's oil-free (my shade I get is called honey beige). Healthy skin tip: ALWAYS make sure you NEVER sleep with your makeup on and keep your hands away from your face during the day to prevent dirt from entering your pores. This sometimes is the cause of irritation/breakouts. If your face or T-zone area gets oily sometimes (like mine!), I always keep these oil-absorbing sheets in my purse. Instead of a napkin, these actually absorb the oil without removing your makeup. If you run out and let's say you're out and desperate in public, sneak away to the restroom and use the glossy side of a toilet seat tissue cover! You know what I'm talking about? It works!
Cheers!
