It's all about the 90's! ..as if! ;) This outfit totally reminds me of something Cher from Clueless would wear, and I love it. Los Angeles is starting to feel like Spring already, so I'm excited to wear more skirts! Pairing a sweater with a skirt can make you look effortlessly stylish. I'm a fan!
