I can't believe it's our 2 month summer wedding anniversary today! It is the perfect excuse to look back on the journey we've had so far and share photos from our big day with you. I love being married to my best friend. (incase you haven't noticed with all of my crazy hashtag-obsessed #marriedlife #stevieandsazan posts.) One of the most rewarding feelings since saying "I do" is getting to wake up and sleep next to my hubby everyday. I love when I wake up before him and can cook him breakfast in the morning. Food is the way to Stevie's heart (and a back-scratch)! Another fun perk has been furniture shopping and building our new home together. It's been a work in progress that's for sure! We were so busy after the wedding that we didn't have a chance to dive in and get it all done at once. When Stevie built me a closet storage - that's when it hit me that I married the man of my dreams (kidding ha!). Seriously, when he built that closet I started noticing more areas of the house coming together. I know you guys see the goober side of Stevie a lot, but when it comes to duties around the house he is so serious and hands on. I love it! We just got a new rug for the living room last night and we're so excited to lay it out and see!I am truly blessed with an amazing husband, and I never want to take that for granted. Tomorrow we're heading to Texas for our reception party which is taking place this weekend. We decided last minute to keep it super non-formal and low-key. We're having a bunch of friends and family join us at Stevie's parents' home in Austin for a catered celebration. I decided to leave my wedding dress here in LA and wear a summer dress instead. I don't understand why some say your life officially ends after marriage. I feel like my life just started! I've been feeling inspired to start sharing more lifestyle/relationship posts.
