My style is no different. I see the colors in my closet changing more often than the seasons. I could be shopping for casual pieces one day and in my closet you’ll find sparkly pieces and a tutu the next. It’s especially been challenging the past few months as a newly married gal trying to keep up with a busy schedule and look good for my man at the same time (can I get an amen!) I’m going somewhere with this vent session, I promise.
If there’s one thing that I appreciate about my indecisive nature - it’s the fact that I’m not afraid to change things up. I love my neutrals but my fun colors and playful prints too. Comfort is always key for me, so I love pairing loose bottoms with a loose top. It’s totally ok in a boho way!
I love that our new place is right by the Nordstrom Rack. It’s so easy for me to just walk in there and see what they have on display. Even if I’m not buying anything, I love popping in because it gives me a visual of what trends are in. I couldn’t leave without some new things so I picked up these cute floral printed shorts. Instantly, I thought of a million ways I can style this statement piece. I love the cobalt blue color! Not too far away, I found the perfect loose top to match.
It’s all in the details. I love the cut-out statement on the back of the top as well as the little round tassels hanging on the bottom of the shorts. It ties the outfit together and keeps things fresh and fun. All I really needed was a cute long necklace to and boho bag to accessorize the look.
